Thank you for visiting the Terms and Conditions section of Statement Limousine, LLC. This information outlines the guidelines, responsibilities, and policies that apply when reserving and using our chauffeured transportation services. We encourage every client to review these terms carefully before making a reservation. By using our services, you agree to the policies described below.

Reservation Process and Confirmation

Reservations are finalized only after we receive both the completed service contract and the signed credit card authorization form. These forms must be returned within 48 hours of being sent. Failure to submit the required forms within this period may result in cancellation of the pending reservation without advance notice.

Payments, Retainers, and Cancellations

A nonrefundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is charged automatically thirty days prior to the scheduled date of service. Reservations made within thirty days of the event must be paid in full upon booking. If a cancellation occurs within thirty days of the scheduled service, the reservation may only be rescheduled. Monetary refunds are not available for cancellations.

Mechanical Issues and Vehicle Substitution

While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested, unforeseen mechanical issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, a substitute vehicle with similar seating capacity may be dispatched. Specific colors or models cannot be guaranteed. Financial responsibility for mechanical malfunctions is limited to reimbursement for any lost time resulting from the delay.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Statement Limousine, LLC is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by hazardous road conditions, accidents, traffic congestion, or closures beyond our control. Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings upon exiting the vehicle, as we are not accountable for items left behind. Recovered items may be collected during regular business hours.

Vehicle Capacity and Client Responsibility

Seating capacity must remain within the limits established by the Department of Transportation. Clients accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or any member of their party during the rental period.

Damage, Cleaning, and Violation Fees

Specific charges apply for vehicle damage and sanitation. A fee of $500 will be assessed for any carpet or seat rips, burns, or extensive cleaning required due to bodily fluids, spills, or other incidents of sickness. Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Alcohol Use and Conduct Guidelines

Alcohol consumption by passengers under the legal drinking age of 21 is prohibited by law. Styrofoam coolers are not allowed onboard. If a client or guest engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior, the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, with no refund issued.

Billing Statement and Charges

All charges processed by Statement Limousine, LLC will appear on billing statements as Statement, LLC. Any additional charges, such as tolls, overages, or incidentals, will be billed using the payment method on file after the service is completed.

Airport Transfer Procedures

Departure Guidelines

Sedans, SUVs, and vans will drop clients off at the curbside. Larger vehicles, such as limousines, buses, and coaches, must use designated charter or limousine parking areas.

Arrival Guidelines

At Cleveland Airport (CLE), curbside pickups for arrivals are not permitted. Chauffeurs will meet passengers inside the baggage claim area, displaying an electronic sign with the client’s name or company name. Assistance with luggage is provided.

Early Morning Service Fee

Services scheduled between midnight and 6:00 AM are subject to a modest early morning surcharge.

Changes, No-Show Policy, and Flight Updates

Changes to departure dates are treated as cancellations. Same-day changes may not be accommodated and may result in additional charges. Failure to appear at the scheduled location results in full charges. Clients must notify Statement Limousine of any flight changes, including new flight numbers, to ensure accurate monitoring and timely service.

Wait Time, Stop Time, and Extra Charges

Flight arrival times are monitored for commercial flights. A grace period of thirty minutes is provided for domestic arrivals and forty-five minutes for international arrivals before wait time charges begin. Additional stops or delays may result in added charges unless prearranged at the time of reservation.

Passenger Counts, Luggage Responsibility, and Handling Fees

Clients must accurately report passenger counts and luggage quantities prior to service. Statement Limousine is not responsible for issues arising from excess luggage. Groups of six or more passengers will be subject to a 5% luggage handling fee.
